Özet

  • Dijitalleşme, yalnızca teknolojik bir dönüşüme değil; aynı zamanda tüm toplumsal ilişkileri köklü biçimde yeniden yapılandırmaya aday bir tarihsel eşiğe işaret ediyor. Bu dönüşüm özellikle sağlık alanı gibi hem teknik hem de ahlaki ve politik düzeyde yoğun anlamlarla yüklü bir alanda, önemli tartışmalar yarattı, yaratıyor. Devam eden metin, sağlık alanını merkeze alarak dijitalleşme süreciyle birlikte gelişen tehditlerin yanında yeni bir toplumsal inşaya işaret edebilecek yönleri görünür kılmayı hedefliyor. Dijitalleşmenin, hâkim kurumsal anlatılara kapılmadan, özgürleştirici bir toplumsal projenin parçası olarak da olanaklar içerdiğini göstermeyi amaçlıyor.

  • Digitalization does not merely represent a technological transformation; it also marks a historical threshold with the potential to radically restructure all social relations. This transformation has generated, and continues to generate, significant debates—particularly in the field of health, which is laden with complex technical, moral, and political meanings. Centering on the healthcare practices, the following text aims to highlight not only the threats emerging alongside the digitalization process but also the aspects that may point toward new forms of social reconstruction. The text, without succumbing to dominant institutional narratives, seeks to demonstrate that digitalization can also offer possibilities as part of a liberatory social project.
