Dünya’da neoliberal bakış açısı yol açtığı sonuçlar, sorunlar dolayısıyla giderek eleştiri konusu haline gelmiştir. Ancak neoliberal eleştirilerin devletin yeniden kamusal alana dönüşüne yol açma durumu bir iyi niyetli okuma dışında gerçekleşiyor görünmemektedir. Türkiye’de kamu hastanelerinin dönüşümü dosyası ile neoliberal uygulamalar sonucunda kamusal sağlık hizmetlerinin durumu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

The consequences and problems generated by the neoliberal perspective worlwide have increasingly become the subject of criticism. However, beyond a well-intentioned reaing, neoliberal critiques do not appear to have led to a renewed return of the state to the public sphere. Through the case of the trans-formation of public hospitals in Turkey, this study seeks to demonstrate the condition of public helthcare services as shaped by neoliberal practices.
