Türkiye’de mezuniyet sonrası tıp eğitimi birçok yönüyle kurumsallaşmıştır. Buna karşılık özellikle uzmanlık eğitiminde çok sayıda sorun tartışılmaktadır. Toplum ve Hekim Dergisi Mezuniyet Sonrası Tıp Eğitimi başlıklı bu dosyada bu alandaki durumu, sorunları ve kurumsal aktörleri gözden geçirmeyi amaçlanmaktadır.

In many respects, postgraduate medical education in Turkey has become institutionalised. However, a number of issues are being debated, particularly with regard to specialist training. This special issue of the Community and Physician, entitled 'Postgraduate Medical Education', aims to review the current situation and the challenges faced by the institutional stakeholders in this field.
