Seksenli yıllarla birlikte, ABD’nin hegemonyasında ulus ötesi sermaye ve onların örgütleri eliyle hayata geçirilen yeni liberal ekonomik politikalar kapsamında hem çevre ülkeler kredi vb. araçlarla bu sürece katılmaya zorlandı hem çevre ve merkez kapitalist ülkelere sermayenin çıkarı doğrultusunda roller tanımlandı hem de eğitimden sağlığa, çalışma yaşamından sosyal ve kültürel yaşama kadar hemen her şey kapitalist ülkelerin tümünde benzer biçimde yeniden düzenlendi. Türkiye’de de sağlık alanındaki söz konusu çerçevedeki düzenleme ve uygulamalar Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi tarafından kurulan hükümetler eliyle gerçekleştirildi. Bu dosya çalışmasında söz konusu dönemin Türkiye’de nasıl yaşandığını ve sağlık alanında yapılan düzenlemeler ile sonuçlarını ortaya koymak hedeflenmiştir.

With the eighties, both the peripheral countries took credit, etc., within the scope of the transnational capital under the hegemony of the USA and the new liberal economic policies implemented by their organizations. Both the periphery and the central capitalist countries were forced to participate in this process with various means, and roles were defined in line with the interests of capital, and almost everything from education to health, from working life to social and cultural life was reorganized in a similar way in all capitalist countries. In Turkey, the regulations and practices within the aforementioned framework in the field of health were carried out by the governments established by the Justice and Development Party. In this file study, it is aimed to reveal how the period in question was experienced in Turkey and the regulations made in the field of health and its results.
